15.01.2022 Attention Customers - Covid19 Our Plan We understand that everyone may have a different view or opinion of the Coronavirus outbreak and that a large number of our staff and customers may fall into an age and health category that are not susceptible to any major concerns. That said - the wellbeing of our older generations and people with immune system concerns are of high priority to us and we trust you will understand why we have decided to take proactive steps towards pro...tecting our customers and staff. We have put in place the following measures for the safety and protection of our customers, our staff and our families and we would kindly appreciate your assistance during this time in helping us do our bit to avoid the spread of Covid19: 1. Personal space (Social distancing): In order to ensure we provide the safest possible environment for customers and staff, as of Wednesday the 25th of March we will be operating on an ‘appointment-only basis’ and servicing all customers individually. How this will look: - We will be closed to the general public. - All customers will be provided with an appointment time to drop off and collect their vehicle. - All quotes, vehicle inspections, general enquiries, etc. will also be provided with an appointment time if they cannot be addressed over the phone or email. 2. Health: *Important - If you are feeling sick, feverish or have a cough or have other flu-like symptoms please inform us prior to coming to the premises. 3. Hand Shaking: In the best interests of mutual health for all during this time we will be abstaining from all forms of physical contact including shaking hands. 4. Vehicle Hygiene: All vehicle interiors will be sprayed before and after work is completed with an aerosol disinfectant (e.g. Glen 20), our technician will wear gloves at all times while working on vehicles and P2 masks will be worn while working inside vehicles. 5. Hand Sanitiser: We have placed a Hand Sanitiser dispenser at our front reception desk.

We hope everyone is having a great summer and getting a chance to get out and enjoy some Touring, 4w-driving, Exploring, Boating, Fishing, Camping...(ah the list is endless!) And as for us... just a heads up that we will be closed from 04/01 - 01/02.
