24.01.2022 Happy New Year to all the Coasters and friends. Let’s hope we have seen the worst of Covid 19 and can take the lessons learned and the good that has come from our time spent quietly in isolation, in contemplation and refocus and make 2021 a year to remember for all the right reasons! 15.01.2022 Hi Coasters! The Coasters Rock n Roll Club AGM will be held on Monday 14/12/20 at Kadina Town Hall at 7.00pm sharp. All financial members welcome. Following the AGM, starting at 7.30, will be our last night for 2020. Theme is Christmas. ... Please BYO nibbles, soft drinks and a festive table decoration. We will amalgamate to create a festive collage!! There will be plenty of dancing (within COVIDSafe guidelines of course), hand sanitizer, Christmas music and good cheer. Program: Rock and roll till break, then partner dances with a Christmas flavour to finish! Let's celebrate a year no-one is going to forget! RSVP to ensure numbers remain under COVIDSafe limit. QR code checkin and COVIDSafe plan at the door. Both remain mandatory until at least 14/12/20. Lynlee and Committee

COVID-19 Update: QR Code COVID-SAFE CHECK-IN Please note that in accordance with the latest COVIDSafe planning the SA govt has issued the club with a QR code to assist with contact tracing. It is mandatory for the club to use this system. All members are to check in using the new QR code, where possible. (Manual contact tracing will continue for anyone without a smartphone).... Prior to attending this coming Monday, please install or update the mySA GOV app on your device. This app has been updated to include a QRCode scanner to allow check in. The app is available for free on Google Play (Android) or Apple Store(iPhone). The club's QR code and new COVIDSafe plan for Kadina Town Hall will be available at the door. Thanks Lynlee

12.01.2022 Hi Coasters! Business first...Our AGM was held last Monday and our new team is as follows: Pres- Lynlee Sec- Grant... Treasurer- Virginia Vice President- Phillip Committee: Reidar, Robert, Pauline, Phillip Thanks to the outgoing committee members, Kay and Dom for their time and contribution over the years and support in organising the many events in their time as members and committee. Thanks to the new committee for agreeing to help run our little club in 2021. Our Christmas theme night on 14/12/20 was a very warm but fun end to the year - thanks to everyone who traveled to attend and glistened along with me! We will have a break over Xmas and New Year and look forward to seeing you again at Kadina Town Hall(while Wallaroo Town Hall is undergoing upgrade of amenities) on Monday 11/1/2021. 7.30pm. 04.01.2022 Wow! Wow! Wow! Last night was amazing with a fantastic crowd on the dance floor. Thanks to everyone who is coming back to dancing after so many months in limbo! Thanks to our new starters who are all stars in the making- keep practicing and you’ll be rocking it ! Thanks to the new committee for their tireless support and can do attitude. ... If temp at Kadina is 38+ degrees at 5.00pm on Monday, an alternate venue will be advised, as Kadina Town Hall is not air conditioned.
