25.01.2022 We are OPEN and back in full swing after our fryer malfunction last night.

19.01.2022 Just a reminder of our Fathers Day Roast Offer for this Sunday. Also our Friday Fish & Chip deliveries to Rosebud are still up and running. If you’d like to order, Give Robyn a call on (03) 5986 8376 after 11am. We are still accepting cash payment but through contactless delivery if possible. (Please advise of you need change) However we would prefer payment be made over the phone if you can. Delivery is FREE and meals leave the shop around 5pm to embark on their journey to you Please order prior to 4:30pm. We’re located 44 Illaroo Street Capel Sound and we are OPEN 11am to 8pm if the delivery time/arrangements don’t suit and you’d prefer to make an order and collect in person. 18.01.2022 Coaster will continue to operate as normal until relevant authorities deem it mandatory we close. This includes our weekly Tue/Wed/Sun 5pm roast meal delivery service and our weekly 5pm Friday fish & chips delivery service We are accepting cash on delivery or payment by card over the telephone and would prefer contactless delivery where possible.... To make an order please phone us on: (03) 5986 8376 and inform the staff member taking your call of relevant delivery details and any contactless delivery instructions you may have. Please also make note of any change you may require for cash payment. To ensure their personal safety, that of our customers and in conjunction with the active Government restrictions our delivery driver’s are required to wear a face mask and gloves. We ask you to please do the same if you are passing over cash payment and receiving your meal directly from them. Stay safe everyone.

17.01.2022 We’ve been digging around for some clarity regarding the current stage 4 restrictions as a lot of what we were being informed was confusing and contradicting. We are very happy to report that we can officially remain open for the time being and if you’re a customer of ours, living within the 5km radius of our shop (see attached picture for reference) you CAN leave your premises to pickup your Fish and Chips without copping slack from the authorities patrolling our streets ... We’ve prepared our COVID-19 Safe Plan and are ready to march full steam ahead however we would like to implement a few subtle changes to how we do things to assist in the prevention of this horrid pandemic. As of today Thurs- 6/8/20 we would prefer to receive payment by eftpos or payment over the phone as we will only be holding a very limited cash amount on the premises. Whilst we will still accept orders at the door for now, we would prefer they be placed by phone to accompany the contactless pickup we’re going to be trialling. Things will be a bit of trial and error until we find a system that works well for both staff and customers. Our regular deliveries will remain the same, but if you NEED to pay in the form of cash please place the correct amount in an envelope/zip lock bag to allow our driver to undertake contactless delivery. This service is FREE and available everyone however we have only the ONE delivery time slot to allow our driver/s to return to the shop and work. Our driver leaves around 5:15pm with the meals.
