23.01.2022 To my Central Coast community During these uncertain times due to COVID-019 we are facing challenges every day and I thought I would reach out and see if I can help anyone on the Central Coast living with diabetes. We are seeing closing of services, changing access to medical device companies and clinics transitioning to remote services. This is a new and challenging process for us all and we are working it out as we go and with each new change.... I wanted to assure you that Coasties Diabetes can support you using zoom tele- conferencing or over the phone and I am happy to work with you to make sure you feel supported and not isolated over the coming months. 18.01.2022 Over the last few days we have been seeing unprecendented numbers of people buying extra insulin and diabetes-related medicines and products. This has created s...ome local shortages. There is no national shortage of insulin or any diabetes-related medicines or supplies. There is enough for everyone. While we understand the community is feeling anxious and scared during this time, we are urging people to buy your regular amounts. If you are having issues with any of your regular diabetes supplies, send us a message with all the details and we will investigate.
