21.01.2022 We have had a few people question how to go about accessing the new housing grant of $25,000 to encourage the building of new homes. Coastline Homes can help answer any questions you might have, but the general parameters are: 1. A house and land contract value of less than $750,000... 2. Signing a building contract with a builder registered prior to the start of the program between 4th June and 31st December 2020 3. Means tested to limit it to individuals earning less than $125,000 per year, or a couple earning less than $200,000 We have all seen the impact of Covid19 on local businesses around the Southwest in the past few months.
