This is a great one to do first thing in the morning to wake up and energize the body as well as bring a sense of clarity and focus to your mind. 19.01.2022 Holidays are coming up quick yogis the studio will be closed from Monday 21st December and will reopen on Tuesday 5th January so make sure you don’t miss out on the last few weeks of studio practice for 2020! This time of year can be extra busy (and stressful) which means it’s even more important to practise yoga - whether that means showing up to your mat for asana, showing compassion and patience to each person you encounter, or taking 5 minutes to focus on your breath - don’t forget!
