Fun fact - The Joan Sutherland Theatre within the Sydney Opera House recently underwent significant improvements and now provides for increased accessibility when entering the theatre. Instead of a back-of-house entrance for wheelchair users, people of all abilities can now enter the theatre while experiencing the incredible harbourside views.

21.01.2022 In 2017, Melissa Shang was a happy student, navigating her way through high school. She was also born with Charcot-Marie-Tooth, a form of muscular dystrophy. With help from her sister, Melissa published a book that would break down the assumption that stories about disability are sad. 12.01.2022 To celebrate #InternationalDayOfSignLanguages, we thought we'd reshare one of our favourite videos from earlier this year of #Auslan interpreters Mike Webb and Mike Levett rocking out during an AC/DC themed performance in Perth. These men helped everyone enjoy the performance, and from all accounts, they stole the show! Auslan (Australian Sign Language) has been used within the Australian Deaf community for over 100 years. It is a language - just like all the differen...t languages throughout the world; except instead of speaking, it is signed using facial expressions, hand and body language. #Coastlink #ACDC #SignLanguage
