19.01.2022 NEW TIMETABLE As were moving into spring and its (slowly) getting a bit lighter and warmer in the mornings Ill be teaching a couple of early morning classes, because yoga *is* the best way to start the day (I know, Im totally biased ) Wednesdays and Fridays 6:30-7:30 am we have Hatha Flow ... Classical Hatha postures brought together in a slow flow, working on strength, flexibility and balance At 9:15-10:15 on the same days we have Yin A slow practice where we hold postures for longer in order to get a deep stretch, calming the nervous system and creating some spaciousness, both in the body and the mind Sundays we have the Hatha Flow at 8 am and Yin at 9:15 Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 am @spectrumyogaperth is teaching a gorgeous vinyasa flow All classes are suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yogis who want to get back to basics And lets not forget the view See more
