05.01.2022 Meet Matt Matt was experiencing persistent knee pain which was stopping him from his regular runs on the beach with his dog, Thumper Not only was Matt’s knee pain keeping him from his runs but also from the gym and other daily activities. ... We got him to see the surgeon who fixed an unstable meniscus. Physio, Chris and Matt are now working closely together to get him strong again, rehabbing regularly. Soon he’ll be back to squatting at the gym and running on the beach. Do you reckon he’ll be able to outrun his dog Thumper?
