09.01.2022 There is a significant debate happening in the Matcham and Holgate area between the community and the Council. It is about protecting/relaxing the regulations on the minimum block size requirement (2.5 acres) for new dwellings. Some people are keen to see rules downgraded back to the 1980's so they can subdivide, and others want to keep it semi-rural.
