24.01.2022 It was when I stopped searching for home within others and lifted the foundations of home within myself I found there were no roots more intimate than those between a mind and body that have decided to be whole. If you cannot make it live on Sunday but would still like to experience the class, you can book as per usual and request the recording to watch in your own time
