08.01.2022 It is quite concerning that in a very short time there has been so many DC Isolators that have been recalled for major safety issues. The number of recalls may be an indirect result of the changes to AS/NZS 5033 that requires DC isolators to be installed adjacent to the array this means that each brand of DC isolator now has to show it’s true colours on the roof or on the solar farm and many can’t stand the test of even a very short time in these conditions.
