20.01.2022 Hi everyone! Our head chef Erin is taking a few days off to celebrate a bunch of family birthdays including her own so it calls for a few changes this week! There will be no main meal specials but luckily all our house baked desserts are still available This Saturday ‘only’ we have a reduced breakfast menu consisting of eggs and bacon, mushy’s on toast, smashed avocado, BLT’s and egg + bacon rolls. Our whole breakfast menu will be back rolling on Sunday.

17.01.2022 Don't miss Ray Martin's documentary 'The Forgotten Australians' on Prime7 tomorrow night (Monday Dec. 7th) at 7.30pm. Ray, producer Max Uechtritz and crew stayed here at the Hotel whilst they filmed for several days in and around Cobargo and could not have been more generous with their time and genuine in their interest when talking to our locals and getting some of their amazing stories told. Hopefully it will be a reminder, given all that has happened this year, that the effects of the last Summer's bushfires are still with us and the folks impacted will need our ongoing support for many years to come.

17.01.2022 OPEN BOXING DAY! From all of us at the Cobargo Hotel we wish all our valued customers, staff and friends a Merry Christmas and hope you are enjoying a well deserved break. We will be re-opening at 10am this morning, however we will NOT be open for breakfast and will have only a limited lunchtime menu, with the Bistro back into full swing from tonight. Yesterday was the first day the Hotel and Bistro have been closed since reopening after the NYE fires on Wednesday, January 8.... Since that day our staff have worked tirelessly, through bushfire recovery, Covid lockdown and numerous regulation changes, and we cannot thank them enough, our kitchen alone serving over 50 000 meals, including some 5000 pizzas, 6500 burgers, 4500 parmis, almost 5000 schnitzels, 3000 serves of flathead and over 4000 steaks! 16.01.2022 COVID SAFE CHECK IN SERVICE NSW APP Please note that a change in the NSW regulations means that you can only check in with the Services NSW app. If you haven’t got it on your phone yet please download it, as it will make life a lot easier wherever you check in all over NSW. You can also store your Drivers licence, Fishing licence etc on the app, and you will need it to redeem the $100 ‘Dine and Discover’ vouchers when they become available in the new year.

Please note we WILL NOT be having any entertainment tonight, with the Hotel closing at 9pm after dinner service.
