11.01.2022 Grating cheese is a tricky one - it completely depends on the type how long you grate it for - the harder the cheese, the higher the speed and longer you can do it as it then chops into fine granules. BUT if you do it for too long with a softer cheese - you end up with a cheese ball! And it is important not to have the pieces too big, or too much in the bowl as you can damage the blade. I also find it better to turn it quickly to the higher speed as starting it slow can make the cheese get stuck on the blade.
