20.01.2022 NOTICES: Progress Check 1 is THIS Wednesday & Thursday. Ladies Only 10 Week Fat Burner Program:... Run by Instructor Claire Monie. Mondays and Wednesdays 7.30pm or 9.30am. Filling fast, limited places. Doors will be closed to the public during the training and only females permitted in the centre. Cobras Basic 8 Muay Thai Combinations Workshop: Friday February 7, 6-7pm. $30 per person. These will soon become part of the Cobra syllabus and are well worth learning, memorising and practicing in advance. An advanced set will be released in March. New 6-9yo Saturday Beginner Class: A new class especially for new students and white belts starts this Saturday at 9.45am. Please advise reception if you wish to attend. Buddy Week is NEXT week, please bring your friends for a free trial week (the first week of every month). Muay Thai Days are NEXT Wednesday and Thursday (the first week of every month). Please wear Cobra Muay Thai shorts and Cobra T-Shirt. Helpers required to rearrange the Cobra shop on a weekend coming up. We are now taking expressions of interest for new trainee assistant instructors to be trained to become full instructors in the future. Only respectful students with good attitude, good class attendance (average 2 per week), good grading performance and of age 12yo and above will be considered for the Leadership Program. 11.01.2022 I love it here. I was nervous about walking in the first time, even to the point of feeling physically sick, but I am glad I did. The team at Cobra in Canningt...on are amazing. There are no macho attitudes, and a great family atmosphere, and the instructors are amazing. It might feel daunting to take the first step and walk through the door, but don't let that put you off. Once you're there you won't want to leave!

04.01.2022 Cash handling at Cobra - Covid 19 In line with govt guidelines and requests from students and parents, please use card from now on for all payments at Cobra, as your safety is our priority. There will still be a 10% discount off the retail price of equipment for card payments now, not for cash.... The up-front course tuition payment discount will apply when paid directly into the Cobra bank account rather than eftpos, as we will be passing on the eftpos fee savings to you. For cash payments a disinfecting procedure is in place, so cash payments may be made directly to Sensei only, who will disinfect. Thankyou for your help in curbing Covid 19
