25.01.2022 ***CONTACTLESS COMMERCE*** A Covid-19 update from CPW We wish to give our valued clients an update on what we are doing to maintain as close as possible the continued day to day running of our services. ... We have put in place some practical steps to offer contactless quoting & booking schedule to maintain social distancing, should you be concerned about personal contact. We still offer the same services as have always been available but are mindful of the current isolation measures that are being implemented. This means you can now receive a quote for repairs or drop off/pick up your vehicle, with no direct contact. We are able to attend your home or office to complete estimates or alternatively wait seated comfortably in your vehicle while we complete the estimate for scope of works required. Our estimating package is cloud based and tablet/smart phone compatible and it allows us to maintain our services easily for both you and your insurer. As everyone is well aware the information we have received is changing almost hourly. Our process has been implemented from information received from our peak industry body VACC, we have reviewed our health and hygiene practices and increased our cleaning schedules. Our courtesy car fleet is still available and will be sanitised appropriately prior to collecting, the vehicles under repair will also undergo sanitation due to the increased risks associated with the virus. CPW will also offer a free pick up/drop off service that will also be made contactless, just give us a call to discuss on 58721555. Our staff are of utmost importance and we have put steps in place to protect their health accordingly. Without our committed team we do not exist & we are making them a top priority. Access to the workshop and yard will be limited in the coming weeks and we ask if you should need access to your vehicle while in our care you please contact us to make an appointment. We are directly trying to limit our staff's exposure to the general public, as is best practice according to current information available to us.
