25.01.2022 Hi all, hope your all doing well in ISO . Looking forwardto catching up soon . Stay safe and try and keep occupied like Bernie Goggin who has set up a track in his backyard.

22.01.2022 Hi All Our Track has now been officially opened for training only.. The Gym , Kitchen and Clubrooms are still closed at this time. Athletes are to run in groups of 10. Please report to Paul O'Neil if you are attending Thursday Nights before Thursday so he can allocate your time to arrive. Athletes must leave the track asap after there run.There is Soap, Sanitiser supplied or bring your own if you prefer. The Drinking Fountains are also closed so don't forget to bring your drink bottles with you . There will be NO Supper untill further notice. Looking forward to catching up . Keep Safe everyone

19.01.2022 Thursday 21/05/2020 On a wet and cold night , these brave warriors had a run on the track. Frank Bradley, Ben Pearmain, Fraser Murray, Fiona Ely, Michael Meaney, Rob Davey and Paul O'Neil.
