25.01.2022 Oh Victoria - you've done good. Thank you to all of our loyal supporters, friends and family for your support during lockdown. It's been tough but there's been a silver lining for us. We've had the time to focus on getting our brewery built in Coburg. We are so pumped for this exciting new chapter and can't wait for you all to visit. We'd also love to introduce Aled to you all! Aled has joined the Coburg Brewing Co family as a brewer! His love of beer started many moon...s ago; from working at his local pub in Wales developing a love for craft beer, moving to Australia and working in the industry; introducing a diverse range of independent breweries to bars and pubs, smoking meats, collaborations with well known breweries, and so much more! We are so happy his next chapter is with us here at Coburg. 17.01.2022 Cheers Pete for this review of our collab brew with Venom Beer. Sunny days definitely call for our Portello sour "Coburg Brewing Co. + Venom Brewing... Portello: Imperial Sour Alc: 7% What an interesting beverage to remind you of the past, personally I was more into #Blue Pop Tops but these 440ml surprises are something of the past. #Rich & sweet with a bit of tart & a distinctive Berry taste, one would say its a close resemblance to the #soda from way back. There is a gorgeous #raspberry red colour with a quick & simple head of hair, she goes down swimmingly with a pinch of sour to follow & surprisingly not strong as most imperials would be so not a lot of punch with the bite of #alcohol. Best suited I would say for the 1st day of #summer, hot days & even as a special gift to yourself after dinner for dessert.
