18.01.2022 Do you have neck pain? Have you considered the quality and height of your pillow? It is often a big contributor in chronic neck pain. Doing regular neck stretches, regular short walks throughout your day and having an appropriate desk set up isn't enough. ... We recommend renewing your pillow at least once every 2 years. Also good to have your pillow assessed by your physiotherapist to ensure you have the appropriate height. Your neck should not be compromised from the neutral position. This means when sleeping on your side you neck should not be tilted. When sleeping on your back your neck should not be forced forwards and poking your chin outwards. Take care of your bodies and save yourself from bouts of back and neck pain. Keep moving! Stay healthy!
