25.01.2022 Update: Thank you all for the questions regarding flu vaccines. We only received a limited number this year (so far... we expect more in the coming months) and we are working through the lists we have. We cant book anymore patients until we are guaranteed more stock which should be in the coming month or so. We have more 200ml refill hand sanitiser bottles in store and will be getting more sanitiser next week. We can do 5L bottles on request for businesses (which will be a...vailable next week) so email us if you want to order the 5L bottles (repeat - only email if you want 5L bottles otherwise you can just come in store for the others). Our home delivery system is in full swing as is our Australia Post service. Your GP can do a phone consult with you, fax the script to us and then we can either deliver or post your medications to you (except restricted items). If you are elderly or vulnerable ,there is no need for you to leave your home for GP script appointments or to collect medications .... simply ring us and we will take care of the rest. Stay safe !

24.01.2022 Thank you all for your calls and emails re sanitiser. Just to ensure we can continue to safely supply medications and continue as normally as possible please watch our FB page for updates rather than ringing or emailing. I have also created a new email for sanitiser enquiries - [email protected] just to keep our work email free for prescription related matters. We have 100ml and 30ml bottles in stock and 1L gel arriving this week so feel free to come in and get tho...se. I have tried to reply to all messages and email and if I have not I apologise but there will be ample stock for everyone this week and in the coming weeks so there is no need to pre-order anymore. David and Fiona continue to work overtime at the distillery to keep supply coming in. All bulk business orders will be messaged in the next day or 2 also so keep an eye out for that.

23.01.2022 Happy Easter to everyone . It certainly is trying times and we thank you all for being patient and adapting to our new in store changes that keep everyone safe as possible . We are closed tommorow , open Saturday 9-12:30 and closed Monday also . We will have more Echuca Distillery sanitiser from Tuesday (we have sold out currently) so no need to ring for now

22.01.2022 As you may or may not be aware the Victorian-nsw border will be closing as per for recent media release. However this will not effect our services or your need for medical supplies . In the event you do not want to come to us we can still come to you via our free delivery service. We will provide more updates as they come available "There will be a facility for people who live on those border communities to be able to travel to and from for the purposes of work, the purposes of the essential health services they might need," he said.

22.01.2022 All of our santiser has sold out for now however we are expecting more in the next 7-10 days .... so keep an eye out on our FB page for updates. A big thanks to Moama Bakery for proudly sponsoring the Echuca CFA (Rob from the CFA is pictured with Brent) with some supplies. Our emergency services are vital during these times as well. A big thanks to all our wonderful customers who are doing the right thing when coming for a visit - the elderly are ordering over the phone for... deliveries, everyone else is washing their hands when they walk in, then waiting outside enjoying the sun for a few minutes while their scripts are made up. We will introduce a few more things internally to streamline the work flow but besides that its business as usual.

09.01.2022 Due to the overwhelming emails and calls we have been receiving its impossible for us to contact everyone individually who pre-ordered last week. But rest assured there will be enough sanitiser coming in the next week or so. From tomorrow we have 250ml spray bottles available to those who did pre-order and emailed/rang us from last week. So please be honest and those people can come in and collect. If you have contacted/enquired about sanitiser this week this does not appl...y to you Everyone else , we will have a lot more supply within a week so watch out on our FB page for updates. These 250ml bottles are limited to one per person except for health professionals and emergency services who can get 2 per person (and a 10% discount). Health professionals need to show our staff your AHPRA rego, work/business card to get the extra bottle and discount. We are trying to do this in a orderly fashion, so please be patient, kind and understanding.
