08.01.2022 Tonight special moonrise ... 50 years after man first stepped on the moon...

08.01.2022 With some friends we went to the mangrove boardwalk then to the lookout at Cape Tribulation... beautiful ... but the best part of the day was to meet the now famous cassowary dad with his two young chicks...! they were resting on one side of the road, then crossed the double line !! and went to sit on the other side just passed the Madja boardwalk entrance.

04.01.2022 On my visit to Cooper Creek Wilderness... I had a special treat, BB the cassowary came to show herself and eat some forest fruits, her given name is Big Bertha but ... I call her the Brigitte Bardot of The Daintree ! And this morning sunrise with the Rainforest coming out of the mist.
