05.01.2022 Hey everyone, Now’s the time that I deliver the exciting news that I’m sure you’ve all been waiting for: REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW LIVE!!... Head on over to https://lavic.com.au/membership/ to register NOW!! If your child was registered last season (2019-2020), you will have received an email this afternoon with the link to register, along with a username and password. If one or more of your children are returning members, you will need that username and password in order to register them. If this is the first season your family has registered for little athletics, or if you did not register a child last season, you will not have received an email and will need to register as a new member. The Little Athletics season starts at Cockatoo on Saturday 28th November, 2020 at 9:00AM. Due to COVID-19 restrictions: - Only people required for the safe operation of competition days will be allowed to be in attendance: athletes, parents (one per family), coaches & officials. The only exception to this rule will be an extra parent if they are helping on the ground during the competition day. - All families will be asked to check-in upon arrival at the track to do this you will require a QR code reader on your smartphone. If you have an iPhone, this comes pre-installed using the camera app. If you have an Android phone, you may need to install one if you have not done so already. - All adults will be required to wear an approved face mask at all times while in attendance. All children 12 years or older must also wear a face mask except whilst participating in an event, during which they may remove the mask, but must put it back on once finished at each event. - Sanitiser will be available at the track. All equipment must be sanitised using wipes and sanitiser spray in between each athlete. - Social distancing must be adhered to at all times. - Group sizes will be limited to 10 athletes. Athletes must remain with the age group designated to them for the duration of the competition day. - Designated COVID-Safe Officials (wearing high-vis vests) will be patrolling the venue at all times to ensure everyone obeys COVID-19 rules and restrictions, to make the return to aths as safe as possible to everyone!
