23.01.2022 We were proud to be a part of this wonderful celebration, the Wetlands Weekender 2020! What a great success it was Peel-Harvey Catchment Council! Looking forward to many more such rewarding collaborations!

20.01.2022 How do you reckon that's looking??!! We're getting closer to the finish! The New Wetlands Precinct is truly very promising for our community... and it's exciting too. Thanks for the update, City of Cockburn!

20.01.2022 There's something special about Lake Coogee - it's salty! This naturally saline lake was skirted by a sweet bunch in yesterday morning's #GetWildAboutWetlands walk and talk program. We discovered its natural beauty, learnt about its unique features, its flora and fauna and made a wonderful morning of it! Here are some glimpses.

10.01.2022 This beautiful morning we're at the "Wetlands Weekender" organised by Peel-Harvey Catchment Council! Want to find out what lives inside our seemingly placid lakes? Come on in, our macros are waiting https://fb.me/e/214BcD1eS

07.01.2022 Who's up for some muddy fun... with FROGS ??!! The City of Cockburn is croaking it up with the big FROGGY's FESTIVAL - and it's FREE! With real frogs, frog songs, frog games, frog crafts, frog books, frogs frogs frogs - it's going to be a lot of messy fun! Wear your old clothes to this because we're literally getting into some mud to muck about. Get your croak on and hop hop hop in! (Just BYO picnic along... and grown-ups: you can have a free dip from the coffee pond)

02.01.2022 Today is World Environmental Education Day! For 25 years, The Wetlands Centre used to be known as "The Cockburn Wetlands Education Centre" and one of our primary objectives has always been to educate the community about our precious wetlands, an endeavour we will continue to deliver on. Thanks for the mention, SERCUL and a big shout out to all our environmental education partners, friends and supporters. You guys are champions, let's keep the good work going always!
