20.01.2022 Following up on our next project. It was Elizabeth's turn! She also helped her self to my specially fabric that I had chose for myself but ohh well! Because I said to her, there is no plain fabric, I only have stuff with prints on it, and she is like, how about this one? And I am like ohhhh no, that one is not available because it's mine Well, somehow I convince myself that it was better for her to have it than me, because she really wanted it. Anyway, I learned a few... things on this round , new things that really will help me in future projects I think. This one took us longer as in 3 days to finish not that we used 3 days to make it, but that's how look we took to finish it. She was overly excited and couldn't wait to try it. I don't know if she was exited about the top or about modelling for me She chose the picture and the writing. She is so in love with her new hoodie! 19.01.2022 So tomorrow in Mexico is father's Day! And I thought it was also here, so I got really excited and kept thinking about what to make or get for the dad in our house, so I decided I wanted to make the man matching jumpers. I got them done this morning just in time before we left to the grandparents house, we got there and they were not home so we went around to the market and got something yummy to eat and then came back, this whole time I am thinking that we are celebratin...g and we are going to bring our celebration spirit to grandpa! Well, we went back to the grandparents and gave grandpa what we got him for father's Day, even got some flowers in the market for grandma, anyway, we are sitting there for hours, and then my brother in law turns up, and they're talking away, then my husband asks, so are you doing something special for dad tomorrow, and he is like tomorrow?? Why? , He says well, for father's Day! And he laughs and says, well father's Day is in September ohhh I laughed a bit too much about that lol, oh well, so I guess they are their Mexican father's Day jumpers. First time sewing for my husband, who turned out to be quite fuzzy ha ha ha but in the end loved his out of time gift. Nothing like matching his little man. P.s. 14.01.2022 I made this hoodie a couple of weeks ago for my daughter's friend, who lives in Rye, we sent it on Thursday and somehow he got it on Friday! The day before his bday! . My daughter comes over and says look ...and there he is wearing his new hoodie while happy dancing . Such a good feeling to give something made with your hands!

10.01.2022 There Is nothing cooler than snake pants, well, maybe a really cool friend wearing snake pants . This young lady here is one of those people that you just can't help liking, she is just a nice and uplifting person and I am very glad I got to meet her. I made her this pants as a birthday present, the night before, even though I knew I was going to go to her house about 2 weeks before. The minute I was invited to her birthday I knew I wanted to make her some athletic cl...othes, I just didn't know what, I ended up telling her my intentions the night before, and then she went on trying to convince me not to make anything, but I just wanted to so she wasn't going to stop me!!! ... after finishing the leggings I was worried that I had messed up and that maybe they wouldn't work! I was also worried she wouldn't like animal print so many doubts were running on my mind. Well, long story short, they fitted like a glove and she loved them!!!! 05.01.2022 I love it when something comes together the way I want it. On Friday I was making a mask with htv, and Elizabeth kept trying to "help" me, but I didn't have much vynil and I didn't want to ruin the job I was making, later that evening I got my parcel with my vynil that I ordered, so she asked there is plenty of material now, can we make one, can we can we....? So yesterday we got making, first it took us forever to think what or for whom shall the first project be. It was eas...y for me , it was for baby boy, as he likes everything I make . So I quickly made him a hoodie with some fabric I had, and obviously cut the hoodie part wrong, so I improvised and it worked out like a design! I love it when that happens. Then it was time to decide what to put on it, which was also a no brainer becauSe he LOVES dinosaurs! So we looked and looked and looked, for about 2 hours so hard to chose... Then finally we had what we wanted to make, now it was time to make it! Another hour and a half! And the fun part! The cutting and the pressing! Elizabeth got so involved and she heard me saying more than a few times PATIENCE IS THE NAME OF THE GAME !!! ...but she did a good job on that! She loooved making this special hoodie for her brother, and got involved on putting the finishing touches! Elijah couldn't wait to put it on! He kept asking can I try now, can I try now, lol, even before it was completely finished! After seeing it , Margaret decided that she also needs one, because it looks store bought she said ! So Elizabeth started taking the orders, asking what colours and what she would like US to put on it . I love that she is starting to show interest on some of the things I do ...my brain immediately thought 'an heir! ' she can inherit my goodies silly brain! Anyway! Elijah wouldn't take it off to take some pics of the hoodie itself, but he was very good at letting take pics. He went to sleep wearing it last night, and the first thing he did this morning was look for it and once he saw he had it on, he Pat his belly and his Dino and said to me, I like it mum, I like it See more

01.01.2022 I started making masks without really thinking about it, it was an impulse to just post the ones I had made for a couple of friends, my thought was well, maybe I'll sell a couple or ten! Lol, then two weeks later and three times the amount of fabric I had in the first place , here I am ! Still making a couple or ten!!! Lol. In my defence I am quite slow But I couldn't be happier about the experience!! The best part of it is when I get pictures of happy customers!!!! It just makes the late nights worthwhile and also the happy shopping for cute fabrics enjoyable (or at least it makes me feel less guilty). Stay safe everyone. Thank you Adam for letting me share
