25.01.2022 Anthony stretching it out with great focus in heavy humidity - gotta say I love the detoxifying mix of breath work , movement & natural heat this past week . We became aware of Aparigraha - 5th Yama - Non attachment towards the end of practice - so much freedom within everyone today ! I will look out for some fans this weekend if anyone has a spare let me know might need more than 1 ! See you next week

24.01.2022 Thank you to all the ladies who came to my first class at home at The Observatory Reedy Creek what a lovely group to teach today - Some beautiful new faces . I love teaching small semi private groups and although the space is in my garage - yoga has taught me one thing .... all you need is your presence and a mat - Classes are Tuesday and Wednesday’s small pod classes bookings essential - exchange $12 Pm me for address details and further information.

21.01.2022 Just a reminder there is no yoga tommorrow or Monday due to the public holiday . Next class will be Wednesday 7th October and then following Monday as usual . I have been thinking of an evening restorative class on a Monday or Tuesday night ... stay tuned and enjoy your long weekend

Tuesday 9.00am is going ahead as normal however Wednesday is cancelled this week due to a work commitment , let me know if you want to come Tuesday instead . 14.01.2022 Hi everybody , just letting you know I’m taking my classes home to reedy creek ! I will be commencing first class Tuesday 27th 9.00am and then Wednesday 28th 9.00am of this Month . It’s only 15 mins from Burleigh so I hope some Of you can come join me and the lovely community this way - classes will follow similar format and will be small personalised classes . Monday’s first evening class had amazing energy and lovely to have a couple more breathe yoga students return to the mat with me (Edwina and Kylie ).Looking forward to next Monday already !
