Instead of looking at the bad, reflect on the good, however small it may be. Go into the new year with positivity and a drive to see your dreams come true. On a personal note, my dream is to make Coco’s an Icon of the Sunshine Coast, being the oldest beachside eatery of 20 years it deserves its name on the map. So after a few changes I was ...on my way, and then COVID came, and like many other businesses the struggle got real, however I kept pushing through. And out of all the heartache I met and made friends with so many of you in my community, which is something I most likely would not have been able to do if I was working away in the kitchen. And this is what I am taking with me into 2021, I am so grateful that I have had the privilege to be a part of this wonderful community and have made such valuable friends. Now it’s time for me to continue to follow my dreams with the support of new found friends and locals that I would never have had if not for COVID.
