Depending on health, sex, weight, intake. The benefits of keeping on top of your water intake are endless. ... Some benefits, Healthy Immune system Increased energy Healthy heart Cleanse body Healthy metabolism Reduce hunger Regulate body temperature When you are dehydrated your body will retain the water you do have to protect itself. Kidneys are unable to filter this retained water. Your liver will step in and help but this takes away from one of its main functions which is breaking down fat. Often being dehydrated can cause the body to bloat. Sodium is also something that is effected in this process and is something to watch. One thing we can control right now is how much water we drink. 2-3 litres is generally a good goal. Anyone that knows me knows I carry a big ass 2litre bottle with me almost everywhere I go. In summer I usually drink 2 of these and currently about 1 and a half. 19.01.2022 Hi Everyone Just a reassurance that sessions are continuing as normal, however I just wanted to let you know a few extra measures that I have put in place, in light of the need to be extra vigilant around health and hygiene at this time. * Please bring a towel * I will ask that each client washes hands at the beginning and end of each session with soap * A reminder to all clients to please cover a sneeze or cough with inside of elbow, not hands. ... * Before and after each session I will wipe equipment with antibacterial spray. And at the end of each day Ill be washing the equipment with hot soapy water. *There will be no stretch out at the end of a session involving 1 to 1 contact, however I will still take you through some stretches. *Please notify me and do not attend a session if you feel unwell (During this time, I will be more flexible with make up sessions at a later date.) Its important to find the calm and continue to do the best you can to take the time to look after yourself and in turn, be there for others. 07.01.2022 Eating & Meal timing When you feed your body smaller meals more regularly your body is less likely to store food intake as fat. Sticking to every 2-3hours throughout the day is a good goal. Which works out at a minimum of 4-5 small meals a day. I would also try to eat the higher carb meals before and after training. Obviously doing all this while keeping your calories in check. This also helps keep your hunger under control and less likely to snack. This is especially i...mportant if you are finding your snacking habits are getting out of control during this isolation period. I generally eat 6 times.
