We orginally created these baby milestones for our own boys as we realised how quickly they were growing and wanted a timeless way to capture the special milestones in photos. 01.01.2022 Watching other small businesses succeed really gives us the warm & fuzzies. We have had the pleasure of working with many businesses who start of ordering items from us in small quantities then move to larger projects. We too started as a VERY small business, Tom our designer at one stage worked ridiculous hours and weekends juggling an office design job as well as the business before moving to 100% CoCreative Design. Taking that first step can be hardest, but is totally wor...th it if you love what you do. This month has been a big one; We hit over 1000+ 5 Star reviews on Etsy, have now sold over 10,000+ items to people all over the world AND we also just launched our own website store shop.cocreativedesign.com.au. This year we set a goal for us to get ranging on retailer hardtofind.com.au one of my own personal favourite stores..I applied this week. They have a really high standard of products so fingers crossed we get accepted, but if not I'll try again..and again. On our office wall reads Gradatim Ferociter which is Latin for Step by Step, Ferociously. Basically, you can't skip steps, you have to put one foot in front of the other, things take time, there are no shortcuts, but you want to do those steps with passion and ferocity." While we may have different aspirations to Jeff Bezos who quoted this, we do 100% believe in the need to take those first steps and to do them with passion and ferocity.
