10.01.2022 Codan Radio Communications, a division of Codan Limited has partnered with the Bangladesh Army as they seek to modernize their portable communication solutions.... The Bangladesh Army who were aiming to improve the quality of their portable communications were met by Codan Radio Communications and their local partner, who offered a technically compliant product with superior quality whilst meeting the clients’ needs. These operations include the Manpacks’ deployment in post disaster recovery efforts when lives are on line. The Manpacks will also be utilised for the Bangladesh Army’s United Nations peacekeeping missions in the African region. The Bangladesh forces are well received by the respective nations enabling highly effective work to be achieved with the right equipment in tow. Codan Radio Communications will be conducting in-country training and support for these Manpacks in the coming months as they aim to strengthen the relationship with the Bangladesh Army and continue to support military operations throughout the Asia Pacific and African regions. In doing so, the Bangladesh Army have purchased 200 Codan Patrol 2110M Manpacks granting Codan Radio Communications another multimillion dollar partnership in the Asia Pacific Region.

08.01.2022 If there is no communication between the firefighters out on the fire ground, they are required to pull back and no longer be actively fighting fires. So by providing them communications it allows them to do their job. (Oregon State Fire Marshal’s Office) We are always honored to be there providing the support needed to save lives by offering reliable communications. After a wildfire destroyed equipment in Santiam Canyon, Oregon this past September, firefighters there wer...e able to restore communication using Codan’s transportable repeaters.
