25.01.2022 Release of Version 2.0.13.1 We are pleased to announce that we have released Version 2.0.13.1of the Code House Integrated Payroll (CHIP) system. The new version includes many new features as well as modifications to existing features which have been made to further enhance the Code House Integrated Payroll system to ensure we maintain a quality product that meets ongoing legislative requirements and those of our Clients. It is extremely important for us that our Clients have ...a valuable and efficient business tool that remains current to their processes and requirements and therefore we encourage Users to send through recommendations and requests for future developments. We have received several recommendations for enhancements and developments from Clients over the past 6 months that has greatly assisted us with the development of the system for the new version and we would like to thank everyone for their contributions, feedback, and recommendations. 24.01.2022 You will see that we have just uploaded our new Code House logo. The new logo is part of the update to our corporate image. 23.01.2022 Have a look at the new Mobile Interface for the AnyTime Online Timesheet system. This has been designed specifically so Employees can enter their timesheets on their smart phone and have their Supervisor approve it on the spot.

23.01.2022 Version 2.0.13.4 of the Code House Integrated Payroll (CHIP) system has been released. This latest release includes some exciting new features including the ability to be able to add an attachment in the Timesheet Management screen that will be automatically emailed with Debtor Invoices, the ability to search within reports printed to screen, new reports and much more. 22.01.2022 Group Training Australia National Conference 2013 Code House will be on display at the Group Training Australia National Conference being held on the 17th - 19th April at the Sofitel in Brisbane. Please visit us for a demo on our Web Interface (WIC) and also for an introductory look at our newly designed online timesheet system. ... We welcome everyone to this event and hope to see many of our current CHIP users there, as well as any other companies who would like to see why our CHIP system is the leader in Group Training Payroll and Administration software.

18.01.2022 Release of Version 2.0.14.2 Version 2.0.14.2 of the Code House Integrated Payroll (CHIP) system has been released. This latest version includes the 2014-15 Tax Scales, changes to the way the system calculates Superannuation Guarantee for Under 18 year olds, changes to the Client WIC Code field and a new WGEA Workplace Profile and Reporting report as well as other enhancements requested by our Users since the last release.... This site has been designed to be user friendly in all environments, so you can access this easily from your PC, I-Pad, Tablet, or smart phone. Information on the site will be regularly updated with new versions of our software, updated manuals and our FAQ section for our current clients. 18.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that the AnyTime Online Timesheet System is in the final phase of Beta Testing and will be available for general release in October, 2013. The AnyTime Online Timesheet System has brought a whole new dimension to the Code House Integrated Payroll system and enables us to provide our clients with greater flexibility without compromising the key benefit of having a centralised, industry specific system. One of the exciting changes that has been made to... the system is the addition of an Award Interpreter that enables hours entered on timesheets to be automatically assigned to the correct pay items. 18.01.2022 2014 Group Training National Conference Code House will once again be an exhibitor at this year's Group Training National Conference which is being held on the 12th - 14th November at the Grand Chancellor in Hobart. If you are attending please come and say 'hi', we love meeting the people we support and being able to put faces to names helps us personalise our day to day support enquiries.

Melissa comes to us with a wealth of experience that makes her an ideal person for the role of supporting our customer base, as well providing training in our software systems. 12.01.2022 We are pleased to announce a new employee for our sister company Concerto Networks, Craig Hart. Craig comes to us from Victoria with a wealth of experience and knowledge in IT hardware, infrastructure and networks. He is available to assist if you have any questions in this area.

12.01.2022 New Employee at Code House We are pleased to announce that Alex Timonichev will be joining our team commencing Monday the 26th May 2014. Alex is an experienced web programmer who will be primarily responsible for the continued development of the AnyTime Online Timesheet system. As well as this, Alex will be working on enhancements to the WIC Web Interface for CHIP system and other web development as required. Alex comes to us after working in New Zealand for the past 11 yea...rs in various roles. He has an excellent background in web development and will be an extremely valuable member of our team. We look forward to working with Alex commencing next week. On the flip side, it is with regret that we will be saying good bye to Danny, who has been working with us for the last 14 months. Danny has been working mainly on the AnyTime system, which has developed enormously in this time. Danny will be finishing up with Code House on Friday the 23rd May to follow his passion, which is developing gaming software. We thank Danny for the work that he has done over the past 14 months and his achievements and progress that he has made with the AnyTime system. We wish Danny all the best in his new endeavours.

As well as this he will also be involved with other web development as required.... He has an excellent background in web programming and development and will be an extremely valuable member of our team. We look forward to working with Danny. This role was previously filled by Alex who after being with us for several months decided to return to New Zealand. We enjoyed our time working with Alex and thank him for his efforts and wish him all the best in his future endeavours

In the latest release we have added a unique feature called 'Rolling Billing' that enables additional lines to be added to an existing invoice as each pay run is processed. 02.01.2022 We would like to welcome Danny Csaky to our team. Danny comes to us with a range of experience in developing web based applications. As a valued member of our team, he will mainly be working on adding additional functionality to our Online Timesheet system for CHIP, but in the future, will be available to work on other web applications that we are planning to add to our suite of products. ... This is an exciting addition for us at Code House as it gives us additional expertise in these areas and allows us to expand on the services that we offer.
