12.01.2022 TO ALL OUR WONDERFUL GUESTS AND FRIENDS AT C.O.S GIVEN THE CURRENT SITUATION REGARDING THE COVID-19 SITUATION We want to assure all our guests that we are taking every precaution that your space when you arrive is clean and sanitised, We also urge that if you have access to face masks to bring them with you and we will work around them.(we highly recommend you seek getting a mask whilst in the presence of our salon space). If you are unable to attain a mask given the curren...t high risk times, we seek you to reschedule your appointment so our other guests feel safe and comfortable in our space. Procedures we are putting in to place within our common practise are below: - we are removing all magazines from the salon for hygiene reasons, if you wish to bring your own reading material please do so - all gowns and towels will be cleaned and sanitised after each use - All drinking utensils constantly washed and cleaned as always after each use. - (We aren’t using disposable cups to minimise waste impacts) but be assured every cup,plate,spoon etc is cleaned and sanitised correctly) - All bench tops and chairs sanitised constantly during the day and after each guest - We ask that you keep your hands close to you in the proximity of your seated area whilst your service is being done - also if you have hand sanitiser to please bring with you, as currently we have no access to these items - Our basin area as always will be sanitised after every use We ask if bringing in any devices such as phones, laptops, iPads etc not to place them on the bench station you are sitting at and keep them close to you at all times, We strongly advise you to be transparent on your current health status, if we feel you present the slightest of symptoms we will ask you reschedule your apt, hopefully this will be done prior to you entering our space. ( we can’t express enough that you are honest with yourself and us that if any slight health concerns are present to reschedule) Our space is open to a wide range of age groups and some to be more vulnerable than others, for the safety of all our guest we ask you to keep in mind and be selflessly aware that there are others around you.... Our space is open, we a being vigilant to keeping it a safe,clean and a sanitised space for all to feel comfortable in..... 04.01.2022 AN UPDATE TO ALL OUR BEAUTIFUL GUESTS AND FRIENDS Adrian and I are having to sadly shut our doors for now! We don’t take this lightly, we feel it’s a duty of care for all that enter our space. We want to make sure that we can uphold Gov Standards to keep people safe, and at current we feel this is unattainable due to not being able to get access to face masks and other essential items and meet gov standards. So as we heavily made the decision today to close our front door..., we feel it’s in the best interest of all our guest that for one we keep YOU safe but also ourselves and all around us . Most won’t know this but we have been shut a week prior to this stage one lockdown, as we both became ill and given the amount of clients that had returned for os and other clients presenting illness, we had to isolate ourselves and get tested until we had the all clear from our Dr- we tested Negative for COVID-19 so Given our situation we realized that not matter how hygienic and sanitized our salon etiquette is, we and our clients are too vulnerable and to high risk to continue working for the safety of the truely vulnerable in our community. We ask for your understanding and we ask you to think of what really is an essential part of your life moving forward, LIFE is essential, and on the other end of this time we hope that there is and still will be beautiful life to bring back our country back as one and all of us are stronger than ever!
