We look forward to growing and expanding the program in the years to come. When you see our gluten free accreditation symbol you can make an informed choice and eat with confidence. The symbol represents businesses that comply with the Gluten Free Standard for the Australian Food Service Sector and have successfully completed staff training and an onsite compliance audit. 05.01.2022 A reminder that glucose syrup from wheat is suitable for people on a gluten free diet as it is so highly refined, even if a gluten source is identified. Other exceptions also include caramel colour (wheat) and dextrose (wheat). These ingredients are considered suitable for those with coeliac disease.
