Respect for the customer in front of you and their tastes. Respect for the beans in the hopper and the machine you are using. Respect the people producing and delivering your choice of coffee. Whoever the company and most importantly respect for the people who started the chain of events that ultimately leads to the coffee you are pouring. Enjoy your coffee enjoy your work!
