13.01.2022 W E L C O M E From dreaming about #vanlife to actually seeing it come to fruition. I invite you to come along with me on my journey, from planning my van conversion and doing the build (eek!), to all the adventures I'll have travelling around my home country of Australia (and possibly beyond these beautiful shores). I'm excited to connect with all of you in the #vanlife community. I have much to learn from you all but I hope in time as I build up my skills and experience tha...t I will be a source of knowledge for others wishing to join us on this simple, slow paced, stripped back way of life. Why Coffee and Sunsets? To me coffee represents the start of my day and sunsets the end. My life experiences occur between those two points in time so this seemed like a fitting name to describe my blog. Let the adventure begin! Sara xo
