As many of our patient and loyal customers are aware, we have seen some unforeseen circumstances hinder our sister stores (@themaillardproject) anticipated opening. However, instead of choosing to dwell on the negative aspects of the delays, over the next 2 weeks well be choosing instead to celebrate both the arrival of the new store and the 6 year anniversary of Coffee Anthology at the same time! .... This 2-week period of celebration will be very special for a variety of reasons . Firstly, we will be operating on a 7-day basis at Coffee Anthology beginning Saturday the 15th of August until the launch of The Maillard Project (date of opening to be confirmed in a coming post!) . Secondly, similar to previous birthday celebrations but taken to the extreme, well be offering FREE 6oz size takeaway coffees for the ENTIRE duration of the 8-day period of celebrations! From 11am to 2pm daily . Thirdly, Coffee Anthology will also see the return of a limited time food menu, with seating and dine-in coffee returning. You can expect a number of delightful pastries made in house to be made available for the first time since the pastry kitchen renovations have been underway, as well as savoury eats supplied by the chefs from The Maillard Project . Now to make this period of celebrations EVEN more exciting, certain sneak peeks of The Maillard Project will find its way into Coffee Anthology for those excited about our next adventure. Youll just have to come instore to see for yourself! . You can also be in the running to win a free breakfast for four at out new sibling cafe The Maillard Project!
