04.01.2022 To our very valued customers we are implementing some changes due to the current health climate we find ourselves in. Please see in store for a more detailed list but briefly we will suspend taking any KEEP CUPS or BYO cups. Please do bring them with you so you may retain the applied discount (we understand this is bothersome but please try see it from our side as well) furthermore the staff will also take even more proactive sanitary precautions in stores to reduce risk o...f any cross contamination. Finally we will soon become a cashless business for a period of time (lets hope the eftpos holds up) knowing now that this virus can apparently hold onto coins and or paper notes we have little choice in this matter as we can not rely others havent done nasty stuff too their money. And whilst the risk is or maybe small we have an obligation to ensure a reduced risk to our staff members where we can as a business and its a tough call but sadly we need to implement ASAP. So we ask all that support CBE to please understand this is a management decision. Team members are not responsible for these hard choices please be supportive. As owner I take this opportunity too acknowledge the front line medical personal in all our hospitals and local GP practices but to give a huge shout out to our GCUH staff from the loading dock team, cleaners especially, paramedics, nurses, support staff, doctors and front/ back of house personal, security team members, you are all unsung heros in the best of times but during this world wide phenomenon in my book you all just are simply amazing, thank you just seems inept but Im certain our community would give you all a big huge unfortunately we need to keep our distance.
