05.01.2022 it’s early days here for coffee harvesting in Bolivia, but already the crop is looking good. Was a pleasure to personally pick (video coming soon) a couple of cherries and put a small lot through initial processing. From this photo, these cherries will then be washed, have any floaters removed and then will be pulped for the gorgeous little beans inside.
