18.01.2022 Pedlar's spent organic coffee grinds go to the very best place. Despite having a reputation for being acidic, coffee grounds are actually pH neutral. Worms love them, and at levels no greater than 25%, they're really good in the compost heap. This one is made up of straw bales- 1.5 m centre space, two bales high. That volume allows for heat to generate to help break things down, and the straw bales are like a little hotel for the worms, when it gets too hot for them. If you have the space, it's a really good composting method. #compost #coffeegrinds
