22.01.2022 Day three of Coffee's On at NationsHeart - going well. Now have three regular attendees who are becoming quite competent baristas!!! Looked at milk texturing today. Expected HUGE messes, but nothing to clean up - GO GUYS!!!! Well done to all three of you!!!

21.01.2022 Don't forget Wamboin Markets next weekend. It's the last one before a break over winter, so a great time to check out this country-style market!

19.01.2022 There's a busy month ahead for Coffee's On. Saturday 21st April sees us out at Wamboin for the monthly markets. They are under cover, so if you fancy a drive (and it's raining) you could come out for a coffee.... 5th May is Boorowa Picnic Race Day - always good fun 11th May is Macquarie Primary School Market Night 19th May is Wamboin Markets again (the last one before break) 26th May is Flynn Preschool Fete... Sometime in May, Coffee's On @ NationsHeart is running another training program. I'll let you know when that all firms up a bit more. Till then - you just never know where I may pop up!!! See you soon!

19.01.2022 Market Night at Macquarie was an absolute blast. Made plenty of coffee to keep everyine warm on a not so warm night!!! Lots of people who I hadn't seen for a while. Yay - I won the lucky door prize (which I had donated anyway, so re-donated) and a couple of raffle prizes too!!! Quite profitable evening really!

19.01.2022 Oh - forgot to mention Alison - she makes the most amazing friands, chocolate brownie and other sweet yummies. She is currently supplying us with treats for the Bald Archies. Two weeks to go - get your skates on and get out and see some great paintings!!!

18.01.2022 Don't forget the Wamboin Markets are on on Saturday (17 March). It's a quaint little local market with the best coffee and scones for morning tea!!! Hope to see you out there.

12.01.2022 Wow - it's been a while since I added anything to the Coffee's On Page - must have been a bit busy!!!! Wamboin last month was really good - lots of people and lots of coffee sales - really nice and warm inside the RFS Hall too! Flynn Preschool Fair was great fun - I managed to sell more balloons (helium fillled ones) for the preschool than I did coffee, but it was fun anyway. Yesterday was the Watson Art Centre open day - freezing cold, but lots of coffee consumed!!!!... Keep an eye out for forthcoming events. I will try to keep up to date with it all!!!

11.01.2022 So, just home from my last session with the CoffeesOn@NationsHeart group. Bit sad that one couldn't make the last session. All are confidently and competently making coffee. Had a meeting to discuss where to next, and looks like it will be two more training groups - the first one as early as May. Bring it on, I say!!!!

08.01.2022 Don't forget the Wamboin Markets next Saturday - yes, I know - I need to be in two places at the same time!!! Never mind...Janet makes a brief return to Coffee's On at the Bald Archies!

05.01.2022 Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I am not able to attend Boorowa this weekend - it was a difficult decision to make, but a necessary one. I hope everyone out there has a fabulous time!!!!

05.01.2022 Wow, what an amazing couple of weeks it has been. The Bald Archies is finished for another year (again - great fun caricatures of the year's events). NationsHeart training is on track with all participants making a variety of coffee for the day to day traffic. They are getting quite good! Yesterday I visited Advance Personnel with one of my NH trainees. They were most impressed with my talk which explained how I came to be where I am right now and how I can help others learn some useful on-the-job skills. Looks like Coffee's On is taking another direction for a little bit. Today, the Network Principals met at Macquarie Primary School and I catered for morning tea. Such a busy morning, but it was really nice catching up with some of the people I used to teach with.

04.01.2022 What a week it's been - congratulations to the three people who completed Barista Training at CoffeesOn@NationsHeart!!!! Connor managed the proceedings at NationsHeart this morning while Danny and I fed the addictions of about 200 people at the Hawker Primary School Fete!!!!

03.01.2022 So, last week went quite smoothly (thank you Janet!!!). This week, Coffee's On started Barista Training with some disadvantaged people at NationsHeart. Wow - how cool is it? Started with two, then had five on Friday. How many will return on Tuesday???? Also been asked to talk to a local Personnel Organisation about training their people in coffee making skills. How busy can one person be????
