20.01.2022 Sunday 6th December 22 players competed in the monthly medal. Division 1 was won by Andrew Pietsch with 84/75 on a c/b from John Kenny with 86/75 Division 1 was won by Geoff Morgan (95/74) on a c/b from Noel Siviour, Ben McNamara and Bruce Greenshields. Geoff Morgan was the monthly medal donated by Jenko Electrical. The NTP winners were Jude Cain, Tim Branford, and John Kenny. Tuesday 8th... The ladies commenced competition after the Covid shut down with Deidre Mann having a great day winning as well as the NTP ball. Jude Cain was the 2nd shot NTP winner on Hole 5/14. Thursday 10th 22 men competed in a stableford. John Kenny was the Division 1 winner with 38 while Andrew Pietsch was the r/u with 31. Leigh Gosling won the Divison2 with 33 while Ernie Osbourne took out 2nd with 32. The NTP winners were Mike Bowyer and Andrew We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a COVIDSafe New Year.



16.01.2022 Sunday 13th 16 players risked the inclement weather with Leigh Gosling winning the par round with a zero. Steve Nettle was 2nd with a -2 while Mac Doudle had a -3 for 3rd. Wilber Williams and John Kenny were the NTP winners while team Steve Nettle/Bruce Greenshields won the 4BBB competition with +2. Tuesday 15th... Karen Burgin won the ladies on a c/b from Jude Cain and Robyn Pentacost all with 31 points. The NTP winners were Jude Cain and Ann Middleton. Thursday 17th 18 men competed in a stableford. Tony Baj was the winner with 36 points. Mac Doudle was the r/u with 34 on a c/b from Ian Beeby. The NTP winners were Noel Siviour and Scott Blacker while Archie Fitzgerald was the NAGA winner. It was great to see both Archie and Shaun Fitzgerald playing, and their scores were very credible. We hope we see them again. Tom Kenny does a great job with fostering junior golf. Sunday 20th 23 players competed in a 4 BBB. The winning team was John Kenny/ Steve Nettle. Mark Crettenden and Phil Siviour were r/u and Dave Reidy/ David Sims came in third. NTP winners were Jude Cain, Phil Siviour and Andy Williams while Wilbur Wilson was the NAGA award. We wish you all a happy New Year.

13.01.2022 COFFIN BAY GOLF WRITE UP Thursday 8th October 20 men played a stableford. Winner of the first division was Ian Beeby with a 35 followed by Phil Siviour who won 2nd on a c/b from Dave Reidy with 34. 2nd division was won by Leigh Gosling with a 35, while Noel Siviour took out 2nd on a c/b from Mike Bowyer and Ron Evans all on 33. The NTP winners were Chris Minhard..... Sunday 11th October Because of the rain the previous week, the monthly medal was deferred. Steve Nettle was the winner with 92/71 and trophy kindly donated by Leigh Gosling. 22 players competed with division 1 won by Ryan Lack with a 77/76. And Noel Siviour was r/u with 95/77. Steve Nettle was the 2nd division winner with 92/71 and Geoff Mrogan came in r/u with 97/75. NTP winners were Jean Puckridge, Steve Nettle.. Jude Cain and Ann Middleton were convinced to help form a team for the SA Country Pennant Carnival representing Eyre Peninsula that was played in Barmera. They won their 36 holes on Saturday and 18 holes on Sunday and had a marvellous time so well done ladies. Jut a reminder our golf wind up will be held on the Friday 6th November at the Coffin Bay Sporting Club.

09.01.2022 COFFIN BAY GOLF Tuesday 20th October 6 teams competed in the 27 club foursomes. Gina Kenny and Ann Middleton won the A Grade with 147/113 while Ann Trewartha and Jude Cain were r/u with 152/117.5. ... Team Lorraine Bradford/Helen Rammers won the B Grade with 163/117.5 while Pauline Britza and Robyn Pentacost were r/u with 172/124. Jean Puckridge and Jill Furnell continued with their winning form winning C Grade with 167/113 from Deidre Mann and Karen Burgin with 178/127. Thursday 22nd October 14 men competed in a stableford which considering the weather was a remarkable number. Steve Nettle was first with 37 while Ron Evans was r/u with 35. Sunday 25th 27 players competed in a stableford. Division 1 was won by Ian Beeby with 36 while Andrew Jenkins came r/u with 35. Division 2 was Mac Doudle with a 40 while Noel Siviour came in 2nd with 39. The NTP winners were Jude Cain, Ian Beeby and Peter Moos while Karen Burgin took home the coveted NAGA award. Tuesday 27th This was the Ladies last round of the General Store stableford/most Fairways round. Deidre Mann was the winner with 33 while Jean Puckridge took second place from Gina Kenny both with 31. Thursday 29th 14 players competed in a stableford. The winner was Steve Nettle with 35 followed by Rick Kavanagh with 34 while Andrew Jenkins took out 3rd place from Phil Siviour both with 32. Sunday 1st November 24 players competed in the monthly medal. Division 1 was won by Steve Nettle with 83/69. Phil Siviour was r/u on a c/b from Dion Potts both with a net of 70. Jean Puckridge won the 2nd division with 109/74 while Mac Doudle was r/u with 112/75.team Phil sviour/Andrew Jenkins won the fun multiple competition. Steve Nettle won the monthly medal donated by Phil Siviours Gardening Services.

08.01.2022 COFFIN BAY LADIES GOLF Hosted an Eyre Peninsula Event... Coffin Bay held the EP Foursomes championships. There were 18 teams nominated with many EP clubs represented. We thank the Coffin Bay ladies for their hard work to make the day successful. As in most Country club’s hospitality reigns. ... Lovely to see golfers from.. Kimba Cleve Tumby Bay Cummins Darke Peake Port Lincoln Locals from Coffin Bay. A Grade team winner was Ann Middleton/Jude Cain (Coffins Bay)with 144 followed by team Helen George/Elaine Perik (Port Lincoln) with 152 while the net winners were Ann Trewartha/Gina Kenny (Coffin Bay) with a net of 125. The NTP and L/D winners were Ann Trewartha and Jill Arcus. B Grade winners was team Joylene Pedler/Fiona Dahlitz (Cummins) with 171 while the r/u was team Judy Stirling/Roz Scrase with 174 (Tumby Bay). The net winners were Pauline Britza and Robyn Pentacost (Coffin Bay) with a net score of 129. The NTP winners and L/D were Kay Freeth and Pauline Britza. C Grade winners was team Jean Puckridge/Jill Furnell (Coffin Bay) 110 while Karen Burgin/Deidre Mann were r/u with 116. The net winner was team Claire Evans/Julie Lovegrove (Coffin Bay) with a net of 76. The L/D and NTP winners were Tiff Firth, Alicia Haylock, and Jill Furnell.
