Remember you don’t need to be an expert or use a special technique to check your breasts. Changes to look for include:... -a new lump or lumpiness, especially if it's only in one breast -a change in the size or shape of your breast -a change to the nipple, such as crusting, ulcer, redness or inversion -a nipple discharge that occurs without squeezing -a change in the skin of your breast such as redness or dimpling -an unusual pain that doesn't go away. Like most mothers, they often go without little luxuries so they can provide for their family needs. 06.01.2022 Yesterday was an emotional day as we farewelled our CEO Bronwyn Chalmers as she embarks on the new chapter in her life, retirement! We are so grateful for the years of leadership, guidance and wisdom Bron has given us. She has helped grow and shape Genhealth Inc (T/A Women’s health Centre, headspace Coffs Harbour and headspace Grafton) into what it is today. She has provided a safe and nurturing workplace and it has been an honour to work for her throughout the years. We will certainly miss seeing you everyday (and your amazing shoes). We wish you all the best in your retirement. There is no doubt you will continue to do amazing things and inspire those around you.
