24.01.2022 Coffs Coast African drumming classes start date for 2021 is 2 February at Toormina Guide hall, Minorie Drive, Toormina. 6.30pm to 8.00pm. Cost $10.00 African Drummming (Djembe/Dunduns), is not only a fun way to express yourself, but as research indicates, it can accelerate physical healing, improve the immune system, reduce anxiety, stress and tension, balance cognitive and emotional needs, improve confidence and self-esteem, and through brain synchronisation produce feeling...s of insight and clarity. Drumming groups can assist in exploring your inner self and expanding your consciousness whilst being part of a community. Come along to our fun, all-inclusive group to learn African rhythms and connect with other like-minded people. Explore being in resonance with the natural rhythms of life. All welcome
