You must use this device to access supports like interpreting, communicating with your Support Coordinator, Plan Manager and so on. 08.01.2022 "It is great to be able to speak directly to deaf, blind and hard of hearing women in Australia, to generate greater awareness about gynaecological cancer." Cin...dy Lu Bailey OAM, Australia's most celebrated Deaflympian There are seven types of gynaecological cancer: ovarian (fallopian tube), cervical, endometrial (uterine), vaginal, vulval and rare placental cancers. If women are experiencing symptoms, that include, but not limited to: break through bleeding (outside of menstrual bleeding), pain during intercourse, abdominal bloating or pain, a change in bladder or bowel habits - then we recommend women to book an appointment with their GP to discuss and investigate. We must talk more, learn more, act faster when women are experiencing symptoms of gynaecological cancer. Please share the message among the women you know during #GynaecologicalCancerAwarenessMonth! Thanks to @CindyLuBailey and @SimonO'Neill for this powerful video #SaveTheBox #GynaecologicalCancer #CancerResearch #deafaustralia
07.01.2022 #coronavirus #anxiety #anxietyawareness #deafanxiety #deafmindfullness #deafmindfulness #anxietymanagement I will do a few #auslan videos to talk about #mask ...with ideas how to manage. I will miss my daily walks, breathing in fresh air on Thursdays onwards. Remember this is a temporary measurement to be safe & protect everyone. Also a good opportunity to be more quieter & look within ourselves, feel our reactions & be more observant to learn more about ourselves & others. Karli See more
