07.01.2022 Message from Ms Pullinger HT Welbeing, regarding Year 7 vaccinations. Hi Parents/Carers, Year 7 students are scheduled to receive dose 2 of the HPV vaccination on Monday September 21.... If a consent form has not been returned, your child will not be called upon to receive a vaccination. If your child received HPV dose 1, NSW Health will have a copy of the consent form and you do not need to hand in another form. If your child missed Dose 1, they need to hand their consent form into the front office by Friday September 18. Spare copies are available at the front office. I cannot guarantee your child will receive a vaccination if they bring their consent form on the day of the vaccinations. Students will be reminded to wear their sport uniform, have a good breakfast, and stay hydrated on the day. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
