Stay in designated riding group, do not double up into another group without permission, we will be checking the coloured sticker for the left side of your helmet. Rubbish to be put in the bins provided or taken away with you please. Everybody is aware of the Covid rules by now, please do the right thing. 20.01.2022 Don’t forget this one....I can’t emphasise enough how important it is we get some help this weekend.

20.01.2022 WE NEED A HAND. The CHMCC has seen some amazing changes over the past 18 months and there is the potential for more. Behind the scenes we’ve been working hard and we hopefully have something amazing to deliver to the North Coast before Christmas. ... The greatest changes to the club’s history are just about to happen??? To make these things happen we need your help this weekend for a major clean up. It’s urgent we need to get started, so please come along and play a part in the clubs exciting future. Working bee 10am This Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October. Bring with you many hands for loading rubbish, utes or trailers, gloves and pruning tools. If you put in a solid couple of hours you will earn a free ride for you or one of your family members at a Ride Park Day of your choice. Picture for attention, not in Australia.

20.01.2022 Congratulations to our very own Brad Hardaker for being crowned the Australian Off Road 2 Stroke Champion for 2020

This place has made us excited to ride track again, your club is awesome". We are back at your next one. When’s the next ride day? I’m exhausted! And I haven’t ridden all your tracks That jumpy track is the bessst "Great variety for the little kids to get some skills". Ohhhhh can’t we keep riding. See more

18.01.2022 Okthis weekends RPD will be on the Dirt Track side of the fence only. No tyre restrictions, but a word of WARNINGrear knobbies on the Dirt Track can be unpredictable, especially with the big bore bikes. Still a great opportunity to open the throttle on your weapons and back it inbloody good fun. Juniors can use sections of the Ride Park Track that we used last weekend, we can make a great fun track for the youngans.... Hope to see some of the faces from last weekend return for another day of fun. Get those entries off the website and send them in so we have an idea of how many to cater for.

18.01.2022 Fix A Fence working bee. Sooolast weekend was a hoot of a time social riding on the variety of flat tracks. But now it’s time to get serious, we haven’t raced... on our club tracks since 2019!! With our first Round of the 3 round Flat Track club championship scheduled for the 28th March we need some help with maintenance. The priority is to fix the safety fence on the control tower straight, it has been non-compliant since a small fire. This section of fence needs the tyres (those darn tyres) moved out of the way so the timber rails and posts can be replaced. This really needs doing so we can get back to riding on ‘Big Birtha’ our original track configuration. If we can get a hand with some of the below maintenance jobs it will free up our time to continue getting the MX tracks up and running, so all help is appreciated. Move tyres. Gloves and sharp knife. Fix fences. Cordless timber tools. Remove old sponsor signs. Grinder. Poison flag point grass. Sprayer with poison. Tidy up the control tower tyres. Sharp knife. Replace pipe at tower with multiple scrap poly pipe. Shovels. Remove the pump from the old yellow tanker. Socket set. Remove old BBQ and fryer from canteen for scrap. 2 x shifting spanners. Check behind power points for termites. Screw drivers. Smooth out the junior MX tanker track. Posi operator. Tidy up the junior MX track rollers for track licensing. Machines and operators. Fix Canteen drinks fridge. A Fridgy. Measure up covers for pumps on Squirt. Tape measure. Just to name a few!! This weekend 13th and 14th February starting when the sun comes up.

18.01.2022 Change of plans. The Dirt Track Race Day scheduled for this Sunday 23rd has been cancelled. It is not viable to run the event due to the below announcement. At 9:40pm on Monday 17th of August, NSW Health and Sport NSW sent out an announcement regarding tighter restrictions around Community Sports across NSW. These new restrictions will take place starting tomorrow (Wednesday 19th August) and remain in place for a 6 week period.... As of Wednesday 19th August: There is no inter-regional mixing activities that bring together participants (including riders and officials) from organisations in different regions of Sydney, from a rural area into a metro area and vice versa, and movement between different rural areas There are to be no activities that result in overnight stays (e.g. multi-day training camps) There are to be no face-to-face social activities relating to community sports (e.g. award ceremonies, end-of-season gatherings) Everyone is to avoid carpool or bus travel with people from different household groups For local activities that go ahead, limit spectators to one parent only, where the child requires parental supervision during the sporting activity. To those that have already entered, thankyou very much for you support and your entry will be refunded. But wait. In light of this, our Dirt Track is all prepped ready to go so rather than waste the opportunity, the best we can offer is a Dirt Track Ride Park Day for riders within the local government area (see the map). If we can get a chance to prep the MX track we will run that track also, watch this space for confirmation.

18.01.2022 I’m pretty stoked about how our first Ride Park Track Day went off today. Thanks to the hard working crew that banded together to make something like this happen. The extended MX track certainly had some variety to sharpen the reflexes, I know I had a hoot ripping it up and it looked like plenty of others did also. Seeing the hoard of little bikes and riders flow onto the Beginner track was exactly what we wanted to see, hopefully the CHMCC will see some champions grow from ...this experience. Then watching the Advanced riders flow so smoothly always amazes me how they make going so fast look so easy. I’m pretty sure several of the fast riders today once rode 50’s at this same club. This RPT is licenced to run this type of event regularly so with a few more volunteers to spread the jobs we could easily do it more often. Keep an eye on our FB page and website for upcoming events. Next weekend we have what could possibly be our only race meeting for 2020, so if you would like to get out amongst it and either race or do some flaggy duties at our Dirt Track Race Day, it would be great to see some support. Love this motorsport CHMCC President Phil Crough.

18.01.2022 This months club meeting will be at North Coast V-Twins, 6.30pm Tuesday the 13th Oct. Lots of good things in the pipeline, and the more people involved the quicker we can bring them to reality. Hope to see you there.

17.01.2022 RPTD 20th September. Don’t forget we have another day of Ride Park fun this Sunday on the Extended MX track, the separate tamed down beginners track will be in operation also. Get your entries in as we are only running 4 groups so entrants can have plenty of track time. Riders will only be allowed from the sport NSW North Coast Region. If you have recently traveled from a Covid 19 hotspot or are feeling unwell, please stay away.... Grab an entry form and self-scrutineering form from our website, send them in to secure your spot. The Participant Declaration (Waiver) is on the website also, this needs to be understood as this is the contract you are signing on the day to participate. $40 per rider, pay on the day at sign on. Gates open at 8am but stay in your car until your details are on the attendance register or if you walk in report to the Covid 19 Safety officers to get your details recorded. Please limit your support crew to household groups and visitors/spectators are discouraged. Sign on from 8am Gates will close at 10am. Riding 9am till 3pm. All the up to date Covid 19 regulations apply. Canteen will be operating.

17.01.2022 Here we go again. Juniors only this time on the Ride Park Tracks. Saturday 10th October 12pm till 3 or 4pm. Depending on entries, we hope to run 2 tracks at once. We all know how the kids just ride and ride, so with just 4 groups on 2 tracks running they will get heaps of time on their bikes. Please pick your group carefully, because if the groups fill up (maximum 30 per group) you need to stay in your designated group. The groups will be:... Beginner MX track - for Beginners and Intermediate. The MX track - for 2nd intermediate and Advanced. If you pick Intermediate please write on your entry which track you would prefer to ride on. Grab an entry form and self-scrutineering form from our website, send them in as instructed on the entry form to secure your spot The Participant Declaration (Waiver) is on the website also, this needs to be understood as this is the contract you are signing on the day to participate. $40 per rider, pay on the day at sign on. Gates open and sign on from 11am but stay in your car until your details are on the attendance register, if you arrive early or walk in you must report to the Covid 19 Safety officers to get your details recorded. Please ensure that physical distancing of at least 1.5 metres is maintained between people that do not come from the same household. Everyone would appreciate it if anyone could pop down thru the week or Saturday morning with a brush cutter to trim the weeds away from the sprinkler heads and or assist with spreading some water. 16.01.2022 If your thinking about coming to watch tomorrow get online and purchase your tickets ASAP we still have restrictions with COVID, Once we are at our limit no tickets will be sold at gate

16.01.2022 Terrific day of riding for the girls yesterday, have to give a big thankyou to Ashlea Bates and her team for putting in the effort to make the day happen.

16.01.2022 It’s been a battle but despite all the huddles we are ready for another great day of Social riding fun tomorrow from 9am till about 1pm. A big thanks to Ernie and Charlie Burnett for bringing in their water tanker to save the day after our poor old tanker dropped it’s guts from rust. It took a bit of doing to get it saturated today with all the wind and dryness, but we got there. So with another sprinkle early in the morning should we have nice grip and no dust. We have ma...pped out a terrific little track for the juniors to burn around, adding sections of last weekends Ride park track, the Demo TT track and the regular Dirt Tracks. The Seniors will be able to get on the gas and show some speed on the variety of Dirt Tracks available for the day. Gates open at 8am and strict Covid 19 regulations apply, so we ask can everyone please be thru the gate and registered either by the QR code or the manual attendance register before 10am when we shut the gate. Then proceed to the Club house for sign on (with your own pen) following the social distancing guidelines at all times. Big thanks to all that attended last weekend for leaving very little rubbish for us to pick up, please keep up the good consideration. Canteen will be operating again also. Let’s Ride, Yeewww. 08.01.2022 A few phone pictures from today. I tried to blur the background but these phones are amazing how they can freeze every spoke that is spinning bloody fast.

07.01.2022 OMG.. talk about stuffed around! Just today the Office Of Sport and NSW Health have clarified the ‘Regions’ that can attend sporting activities. The recommendation is our region is the North Coast. It is too late for us to change back to a DT race day with the changes that have been made. We will stick with running a Ride Park Day, however with some of our members committed to compete at other club race days we are a bit short staffed to run both tracks this weekend.... If anyone with a senior first aid certificate and an understanding of the dangers of MX could you please get in contact with me on 0419270390. Several volunteers to man some flag points would also help. We will run the Dirt Track regardless but it would be good to have MX running also. Regards Phil. See more

07.01.2022 Let hope this gets cleared up tomorrow. It is unclear whether sport is restricted to the local government area or the NSW Health region (pictured) or the NSW sport region which goes right up to the Tweed?????

07.01.2022 Check out this Bad Boy....we have some cool plans to set it up for making life easier to achieve that moist surface we all love

06.01.2022 This should be fun on Sunday. The CHMCC really appreciates the effort that its hard working caretaker puts in to make our tracks better, Rod has been busy ripping and rotary hoeing to help get the moisture in and help prevent those slick sections. Saturday we will have a WORKING BEE if anyone can come down and assist spraying some water about, the wetter we get it on Saturday afternoon the less dusty it will be on Sunday. From about 10am on Saturday we will be standing abou...t 25 fence posts to raise the height of our spectator fence. This job has to be done before we can use any of our tracks after this weekend, to be compliant with our track licencing. Plenty of other jobs to do if anyone wants to lend a hand. Just to name a few: - Pull the tyres out from behind the DT start straight fence, this will give the access we need to replace the rotted out timber rails when we get them. Need trucks or utes and a sharp knife to cut the rope. - Remove tyres from the inside edge of turn 9 on the MX track. Not many so just carry them. - Bolt the repaired awning back onto the canteen. Hammer drill and 10mm block fasteners. - Fix the colour bond fence around the septic. Break off the concrete and dig a deeper hole to concrete the post back in. - Dig the blocks in for steps into the DT scorers box. Shovel. - Clear the lantana and scrub away from the track at the hairpin turn between the 3 new jumps. Machinery operator. - Cut coolroom panels to fit to the roof of some flag point shelters. Jigsaw.

06.01.2022 RIP Joel Robert.....Legend

03.01.2022 9 cordless drill batteries later....we almost finished one job. Hopefully others also want to ride our tracks enough to have a go helping finish some of the maintenance jobs. The rain won't help us tomorrow but still plenty to do before we can ride again. Big thanks to Brad, Chad, Beau, Rod, Grant and Steve for the weed spraying....legends.

01.01.2022 Thanks for the Water Truck. How good is this..Sooo rewarding and encouraging when good people and businesses step up to help in times of need. It started with MNSW recognizing the good things the CHMCC have been doing and understanding the desperate situation we were in. When the long serving tanker trailer dropped its guts for the last time, we were in a panic. The financial contribution from MNSW got the ball rolling for the great new water truck we now have in operation. ...It still took a huge contribution from a small group of hard-working volunteers and local business donations to see this end result. A huge thanks goes mostly to Jason Billing who gave brains, countless hours and his own money to piece it all together. We have a great appreciation for the following for also making it happen. Advanced Pumping and Irrigation has been a great help and even donated a brand new pump. Ryan at TwoTech Auto electrical. Coffs Metal Market. Bisco Industrial Supplies. Brad and Kylie Bennie and their grandson Beau Banks. Tyler and Jacob Billing. See more

01.01.2022 Green Waste Vouchers needed. The council were good enough to give us a couple of vouchers, but many more are needed if we are to get rid of those unsightly piles of greenwaste that have built up. Please bring along your un-needed vouchers and even if you can't help with the clean up just dropping in your vouchers on Saturday will be helpful. Thanks Heaps.
