24.01.2022 Beautiful family of 3 came down jet skiing today in great conditions. Renee, Billy and their son Nate went out for an hour and enjoyed every minute, switching around on the VX and EX Yamaha Waverunner's. They're welcome back anytime.

23.01.2022 What an excellent family and friends who went JetSkiing with us today. There was the Gillson family and David and Jamie. All 5 went out for an hour in excellent conditions with Jamie being a first timer and the fastest on the day. Just goes to show that youth can beat brains and experience. Plus he weighs next to nothing. Regardless of how old this group ranged from they did everything perfectly and set themselves up for Best Customers Who Adhered To The Rules for a long time. Welcome back anytime and Bill gave me an amazing Chrissie Pressie that I won't forget. Thanks to you all for your generosity and just being great people. Looking forward to next time. Pete

23.01.2022 JetSkiing over the Xmas and New Year period is looking good for no rain forecast for the next week. Fortunately, we have had 44mm for Xmas day. The wind is OK for Boxing Day with an Easterly wind blowing. From Friday to Sunday there will be North Easterly winds blowing , but should be OK in the morning until approx 2pm, then might be too windy for comfortable riding. Sunday and Monday are both Northerly winds rather than NEly. Our best conditions are little wind or a Southerl...y, then a Westerly, then Easterly, then Northerly and least preferred is North Easterly. So best days are the mornings of Boxing Day, Friday, then Monday, Sunday and Saturday. I'll post again during the week some updates on weather forecasts. Or, you can check out BOM Meteye and use this great site for 7 days of forecasts for all weather. http://www.bom.gov.au/australia/meteye/ Ring me to book a time. Thanks Pete See more

22.01.2022 The Inverell crew came out today. Alex wanted to thank his mate for all the great renovations Barry and Sarah have done for them by giving them 2 X 1 hour hires. Heck Barry and Sarah, stick with Alex and family as not many people would be so generous! So out they went with some changes along the way and even Hunter had a ride. I think Mum and youngest son Digger will have to go out next time. A great group and looking forward to seeing you again soon. OO ROO Pete

22.01.2022 We are currently closed for scheduled maintenance & will be operational from Sat 14 Nov 2020. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused .... look forward to seeing you after 14th

22.01.2022 Not looking too good as of 8.30am Easter Saturday morning. The waves breaking on the beach are above our limit and pretty swelly out to sea. Will reassess in a couple of hours. Not much we can do about the weather. Sorry Pete

22.01.2022 Looks like the weather is against us again for the next couple of days. Went JetSkiing on Saturday with a Southerly wind blowing. But unfortunately, it was blowing almost at our limit and with the cold and some rain, we came home after 3 hours. Lucky I was down there though because my cousin Marty Collins from Sydney dropped by to say Hello. Good to see you Marty! Anyway, yesterday there was a Strong wind warning for Sunday and today Monday. They have since cancelled the warn...ing for today, but already the NNE wind is up at 29kph and gusting to 33kph, so another non event for today, because we are over our limit. And, tomorrow, Tuesday is another Strong Wind Warning day. Oh, and the seas are forecast to 2.5M for the next 3 days....so possibly Wednesday will be another cancelled day....Sorry! In 27 years of operation, the NEly winds have certainly become more common. Yet our weather is now influenced by the Indian Dipole rather than the Pacific Ocean which dictates El Nino or La Nina. Will update as we go through the week. Thanks Pete See more

20.01.2022 We had this Zimbabwean group of people come down hire out the jet ski's today. A pharmacist, an accountant, an IT, and a property developer all lovely people. They had a fun time, taking turns being passenger and driver of the ski's Theyre welcome back any time.

19.01.2022 These are the great Aussues originally from Dubai and India. If you ever see them around, look after them. Thanks Pete

18.01.2022 What a great group of blokes from Sydney who went JetSkiing late in the day with the wind just starting to get close to our cut off limit. All of them are hard workers and they stayed in the area and did everything correctly. And they have stunning partners. Thanks for coming JetSkiing with us and you're welcome anytime. Thanks for helping load up the JetSkis as well. OO ROO Pete

16.01.2022 Namaste! Greetings from Nepal What an amazing group of Nepalese mates who came JetSkiing today. Thanks for the memories and all beautiful people. Welcome back anytime.

16.01.2022 Just getting ready for the 2019 summer season starting this Saturday 5 October 2019 with Southerly winds forecast in the morning and temps to 24C. There have been a few whales and their calves sighted outside our area, so may see some while on the beach. Looking forward to seeing you there. Just give me a call for any other day. Will be away from Monday 14 October until Monday 28 October for family commitments. Then it is Go, Go, Go, Go until the end of January 2020. Thanks Pete

16.01.2022 Met these great blokes for their Xmas Party today and very interesting work that they do. They breed biological controls for the red mite that affects the Raspberry and Strawberry plants. They're working on a control that will eat the midges and sand flies. This is really going to take off. Esp at so many of the beachside suburbs and the canals of the Gold Coast and other developments. Anyway, great people to have on a windy day and they did everything right. Tried out the new EX 1000cc 110hp Yamahas in reasonably rough conditions and loved it. Oh and saw some dolphins as well. Thanks for sharing your interesting work and I hope they will post a link here so you can contact them if you want their products. Happy Xmas and thanks Peter from Coffs JetSki Hire.

14.01.2022 On the beach at my launching area and it's too rough. Will reassess in a few more hours. Thanks Pete

14.01.2022 Another strong wind warning for today Saturday 4th January. However, tomorrow Sunday should have a Southerly change come through around 8am, which will be excellent weather for hiring a JetSki. If interested, then call me on 0418665656 and I can reserve a time for you. Just as an aside, this is the worst year for the dreaded NorthEasterly winds and the number of Strong Wind Warnings in 28 years of operation. However, tomorrow is another day and a better day for JetSkiing...see you soon. Pete

10.01.2022 Christian and Belinda, the honey moon couple also went out today in rough conditions. They went through all the big waves, which were coming from all directions and stayed out there and had a great time. They were wonderful people.

10.01.2022 These are the first riders on the new Yamaha EX 1000cc and they reckon they were amazing with a top speed of 35....55kph. Great people and great to have 2 locals bust in the new JetSkis.

09.01.2022 So lucky to have the Busch family from Windsor. Experienced motorcycle and push bike riders took on the rough conditions to get out through the waves. Adele and Issac came off on the way out and Issac drove mum back in. They all went out again and everybody had a lot of fun. Its great to have people like the Busch family. They're welcome any time.

09.01.2022 Hi Everyone, We are now back after our annual maintenance period and looking forward to good weather. Esp as a La Nina is forecast for the end of the year. Ready to go from Sunday 15th November with a choice of either Yamaha VX 1100cc 3 seaters or the Yamaha EX 1000cc for 1 or 2 people. We still have the same large area between Little Muttonbird Island and Muttonbird Island, approx 1 km by 1.1 kms. The Humpback Whales have finished their southern migration, so no whales are e...xpected to be sighted, but turtles and dolphins are still around and may be seen during your hire. See you at Park Beach. Peter Wood (Owner/operator for 28 years since 4 February 1992) 0418665656

08.01.2022 Today has to have been the best Xmas Eve day in my 27 years of operation. Such wonderful people arriving on time, doing everything as per our rules and having a great time. Dad Jason and daughter Jasmine took out a double seater while Smooth Seany went out by himself. Mum Sazza watched from the beach and an excellent family all round. Maybe next time Jason and Sarah can go out together. Thanks for gracing us with yourselves today and welcome anytime. OO ROO Pete

06.01.2022 Tomorrow Sunday 5th January is looking great for JetSkiing from 8.30am. However, we could be very busy as there is a backlog of customers due to the previous days cancellations due to weather. So, if you're coming please ring me and we can organise a time. Please don't send me an SMS or an email as I have the phone in a waterproof bag while on the beach. I have adapted to a Smart Watch, but in the water, I can't hear the ring and nor do I hear when an SMS comes through. So, please call me and I'll answer your call. Thanks Pete

06.01.2022 Looks like the Southerly change is at Forster at 8am and should hit Coffs at approx 10.57am.....or thereabouts. So, best JetSkiing from 11 am today Sunday. Those that are leaving early are still fine to go out from 8.30am, it will just be a North Easterly and not as big as forecast. See you on the beach. Thanks Pete PS Ring me for any more info. No time for SMS, Messenger or emails while on the beach or driving. Thanks Pete

06.01.2022 Best blokes i have ever met in my lifetime.....

03.01.2022 We had the lovely Bosler family from Wollongong today take out the JetSki's. The whole family, mum and dad Emma and Jon. Daughters Rosie, Evie, Abbie and sons Sam and Ceb. There were some big waves and Rosie took out the first jet ski with no problems, the pressure was on dad to do as good. She then came in and picked up a second passenger so they were 3 up. Excellent riders, excellent control, excellent family. Very impressive and welcome any time.

01.01.2022 Had a great group of 4 Aussies originally from Zimbabwe. There was James, Jones, Richard and Bruce all fantastic people. We would love to see them again, they're welcome any time. They used all of the area and there was a whale and its calf breaching just out side our area that they could see in the distance.
