25.01.2022 4 years of stuck shoulder joints. A bit over an hour and the result. The left arm was in such pain it needed assisting with the right hand to lower before. Now the dude is swinging it up and down with a smile on his face. Also the foot pain being unable to walk bare feet was forgotten about.
