25.01.2022 Meeting reminder! General meeting next week, Tuesday 17th March. Usual spot, upstairs at the Coast Hotel!

25.01.2022 Our second online championship is now live! Starting off at Whaanga Coast, NZ, we've got rallies including Spain, Monte Carlo (at the famous Col de Turini) and Scottish stages from the Colin McRae Forest Rally and are running in NR4 cars. Each rally runs for a week, ending on Sunday night at midnight. Just head to the link below if you want to compete. Please note, the last two rallies are DLC so if you don't have them it may be worth grabbing the season passes. Trust me, they're worth it!

24.01.2022 Less than 2 days to complete round 2 of our virtual rally championship, hosted at the iconic Whaanga Coast, NZ! Currently only 3 drivers have had a run, so jump on, pick your favourite RWD Historic and have a drive! Also, if you hove joined or are going to join, could you please send me your username so I can post up results?

24.01.2022 For those of you who have been participating in our virtual rally championships - Hayden Paddon has put together a championship of his own, with some awesome prizes including an AP4 test day!

24.01.2022 Some shots from today's khanacross, courtesy of Smiley Kez Photography! Congrats to our winners today, Peter Summersell, Austin Atkinson, Liam Beard & Samuel Atkinson - and thank you to all officials and competitors for coming down and making the day happen! Results will be on the club website tonight.

23.01.2022 Looking at the next few months with no motorsport and wondering how to scratch the itch? Go racing online! We've set up a Dirt Rally 2.0 club, I've started us off with a 4 round championship, 12 stages each round with a week to complete it. Cars will be H2 RWD - I'd encourage you to use the same one the whole championship, just for realism's sake. Hardcore damage and unexpected moments are on, so keeping it tidy will be essential. All you need to compete is a copy of the game... on Xbox, PS4 or PC, no DLC required for this. Jump in with the link below!

22.01.2022 Here's hoping for a return to Coffs Harbour!

20.01.2022 The khanacross is still on! Yes it's a little wet and slippery however the paddock is still hard & drivable on road tyres so head down to Raleigh for a day of racing!

16.01.2022 General meeting tonight - Coronavirus update I'm sure you're all aware of the Coronavirus recommendations going around at the moment. We want to let you all know that our events are still going ahead - if this changes we will let you know. As per Department of Health recommendations (see link below), please follow hygiene practices and if you have flu like symptoms it's best to stay home. Our monthly general meeting is still on tonight, 7:30pm upstairs at the Coast Hotel. Hopefully we see you there!

16.01.2022 For a bit of fun while we're on lockdown! The guys over at Motorsport Australia Rally Championship have set up a championship on Dirt Rally 2.0, and it looks like they've got some of the ARC boys having a crack too! So - here's your chance to mix it with Australia's best, even if it's in the virtual world rather than the real one. On that note, if anyone is interested in us setting up a championship for CHDSCC members, let us know and I'll get it happening!

12.01.2022 ALL EVENTS CANCELLED TILL FURTHER NOTICE Sorry to say, however after the recent announcements and the current situation with COVID-19, we have made the decision as a club to cancel all future events until further notice. This means that the motorkhana this weekend and the Lap Dash next month are no longer going ahead. Our apologies to the few who did respond to our last post - however public safety is the most important thing right now.... Stay safe everyone - we'll be in touch when we're coming back!

11.01.2022 EOI required! I'm sure everyone has been watching the news and are concerned regarding the running of events. We have been informed that we are able to still run the motorkhana this weekend, however we need to confirm entries before we go ahead. As we do not have any entries at this point, we need to know if the event will be viable to go ahead. Please send us a message (or, even better, your completed entry form!) if you are intending on competing this morning so that we can determine if the event can go ahead ASAP.

06.01.2022 GENERAL MEETING TOMORROW! Just a quick reminder that we have a general meeting tomorrow! Usual place, upstairs at the Coast Hotel, at 7:30pm. See you there!
