23.01.2022 For those of you who came last year you will know how much fun we had putting together the HIGH VIBE LIFE EXPO here in Coffs Harbour it was 2 days of amazing stalls, talks, practitioners and experiential offerings (dance, yoga, drumming, sound healing etc) This year it does not look likely that we will be able to gather for this :( BUT.... we have decided that we want to do the same thing online over a whole week :) :) .. and being online the beauty is that you can be ANYWH...ERE to participate as a guest or a facilitator!!! Amazing talks, classes and offerings of all kinds if you would like to get involved and do a facebook live with us then please shoot me a message with what you would like to contribute this will be a FREE event to boost the vibe of everyone in these tricky times so please jump on board and let me know what you would like to bring to the table. 15.01.2022 Hope you are all enjoying your weekends! Now that the restrictions are easing I am feeling to begin group sessions once again <3 I will be running a series of 2-3hr sessions working with the 12 powerful sacred geometries that I use in energy sessions and for making vibrational mists, essences and candles (if you are not familiar with these pop over to my other page Kate Hotson Geolight Healing and take a look!) and if you are in need of de-stressing/a tune up after the last ...few hectic months I am also seeing 1-1 clients again now too... The focus of the group sessions will be working with 2 or 3 of the 12 symbols each session so we can really drop into each one: clearing, balancing and activating the energies of each in the, mental, emotional, energetic and physical bodies - relating them to your chakra systems and also incorporating aligned frequencies of light language and toning... During the last few months I have moved to Urunga and so will be looking at running the next Reiki level I workshop in Bellingen @ Alchemy in Bellingen so if Reiki is something you have been thinking about please get in touch for details, dates and cost.. 08.01.2022 This group started as a local collaboration and is now spreading we are all creating a beautiful crystal grid within our homes or gardens and tomorrow on the full moon will do a group meditation to activate and connect the grids.. feel free to join and share with others <3 You don't have to be an expert on crystals, there are a few simple suggestions on the page, or it may be as simple as a single crystal that has special meaning for you... don't forget to share a pic of your grid in the group... <3

05.01.2022 Hi all, if you have seen my meditation classes pop up in the past but not made it to one - or just wondered what they all about here is my session from yesterday's High Vibe Life expo which I am running on line at the moment... <3 The meditation kicks in at around 11.30 mins in if you want to skip ahead it is approx 30mins long - find a comfy spot and give it a go! Technology is not really my thing so the video quality is not great but you have your eyes closed anyway!! :D ... 01.01.2022 I've been posting lately images from my Coffs class beach venue. These photos are from this mornings Woopi class. It was relaxation time with lights out & I wa...s doing a guided meditation w my eyes closed. I felt a shift in the energy of the group & hall. I opened my eyes to see this divine Lad eyeballing me with his beautiful brown eyes & long eyelashes. He was directing that beautiful healing loving vibe that only nature/animals can do into everyone in the hall. I wasn't quick enough to get a head on photo but these will have to do. How lucky am I! Beach & Bush locations to teach from Woolgoolga classes 28 Hastings st 8am Wednesdays & Fridays No bookings. Just turn up. Coffs Harbour classes Red-C (old Deep sea fishing club).
