19.01.2022 Cohoe House has had a complete renovation and is now available for short stay accommodation. It is situated one block from St VIncents Hospital, The Medici Centre and The Surgicentre. Many schools are also close-by including Toowoomba Grammar School and Fairholme. It is also a short walk/drive to Queens Park, Picnic Point, Lake Annand and the CBD. The Range shopping centre is across the road for your convenience. Cohoe House features: - 3 bedrooms (2xQueen and 1x two single... beds) - portacot available - ensuite and walk-in-robe to master bedroom - ceiling fans throughout - reverse cycle air-conditioning in the master bedroom and living area - fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full cooking facilities & dishwasher - washing machine, dryer & outdoor clothes line - TV & DVD player - back deck - off street parking for 2 cars - pets by arrangement Rates: $165/night OR stay for 7 nights & pay for 5 Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries or to book you next stay with us.
